It was really exciting for me to design this manufacturers website, mainly because of their interesting products. I also like the offroad (I had my own enduro bike and loved to ride it with my girlfriend). Yes, now it looks too simple, but c'mon, that was 2006! :) Old times, good times… fun to remember.
It was my own project. Its goal was to scan and find unregistered domain names. This online tool did this automatically by combining prefixes, given names and suffixes using selected domain zones. To get around the time limit for running the server script, I used a custom client-side scanner which did atomic checks through AJAX and substituted the results into a resulting table. The results were cached and updated once a day. Stack of used technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP.
